A Russian Table - 8th February 2020
Time to try something different! When temperatures can drop to -30°C during Moscow’s winter, it’s no surprise that Russian food is typically hearty, with potatoes, bread, pastry and sour cream featuring as common ingredients. With this dinner we will reveal below a cuisine that can also be surprisingly delicate, vibrant and exciting too!
* Cocktail and Canapes
* A selection of Russian Salads
* Selection of Pirozkhi ( stuffed mini buns) and Pelmeni (dumplings)
* Borscht - a lighter variation on the traditional recipe
* Beef Stroganoff
* Medovik (Layered Honey Cake)
* Petit Fours
Any profits from the event are donated to The Vine Centre in Aldershot which provides a broad range of services to the most disadvantaged members of the local community.
